I am Manas Agarwal and welcome to my Website. I currently working as an Assistant Manager at a Real Estate KPO in India. I have more than 3 years of experience in real estate underwriting across multiple sectors, ARGUS modelling, Market Research & Comp Analysis, Investor Reporting and Presentations.
I completed my undergraduation in Chemical Engineering from IIT Roorkee, India in 2016 and worked briefly as a Management Trainee (Operational Excellence) at Piramal Enterprises Limited. From 2018 to 2020, I was at the University of Melbourne where I completed my post graduation in Chemical Engineering with Business. During my time here, I developed interest in the field of Finance and Economics. Eventually I decided to pursue a career in this field, even though I still try to keep in touch with my engineering background.
In 2025, I received my CFA as well as FRM Charters.
While at work, I came across a lot of colleagues who were enrolled/planning to enroll in the CFA program, and they would ask me questions and my experience of the same. I thought it would be great if I could record some lectures and share the same with everyone. That got me to start with my Youtube channel and this website, where I share the recorded lectures as well as other articles that I occasionally write. I also try to explain some topics related to Real Estate Finance
